LECET Southwest is governed by a board of trustees representing the affiliates of the Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA) and the community of LIUNA-signatory contractors throughout the states of California, Arizona, and New Mexico. These industry leaders are drawn together in a collaborative effort to advance the mutual interests of the union sector of the construction industry, and to increase the union sector's market share.

LECET Southwest is an organization dedicated to the competitiveness and growth of Union Laborers and their signatory contractor partners. Our primary mission is to create and implement strategies which establish and support long-term cooperative partnerships, and to generate productive work opportunities through increased market share. Our first priority is to be responsive to their market-based needs by adding value, innovation and quality through the products and services we offer.
